Rest in peace Bill
Phoenix Organics is sad to announce the loss of its owner Bill Quick. Bill was a remarkable man. Any who knew him would attest to that. I consider myself privileged to have known him. Every time we had a conversation I walked away more knowledgeable than when I went in. Bills son Shona Quick has taken over production to ensure the legacy of his father lives on. He has taken the challenge head on and is not only keeping the company afloat, but progressing very successfully. We also would like to thank Colleen Towner, the author of wakingupvegan.com, she has published a post that briefly reviews some of the problems that Bill has endured with organic certification. You might also enjoy listening to her conversation with Bill, here . They had discussed the possibility of an online store for the Phoenix Organics products. A project that Bill asked me to undertake with Colleen, just days before his passing. The project is still underway and more will be posted as the future of the store progresses.

Feel free to browse the news bulletin and the products page, and we have uploaded our distributor list as well. We now have substitute links at the top of the page we will have a navigation bar ready soon. Thank you for your patience as we look to improve our website.

NEW TOFU BURGER VARIETIES AND SIZES!
As many of you know, we have the orginal Italian Flavored tofu burger and the Lightly Smoked Garden Veggie tofu burger. We\'ve added 2 more flavors...the Curry and Lentil tofu burger and the Broccoli Califlower and Sunnies (sunflower seeds)tofu burger. All of which are great! Also, we now offer 2 different sizes in all varieties. The original 3pack 8ounce and the new \"bistro\" size 2pack 10.5ounce. We will also do custom/special recipies upon request. Whether its due to allergies, personal preference, or whatever the reason!
